Update 25.02.2021

The failure is still not resolved on the Play telecom side.

We have received unofficial information from Play's technical department about a bug in their system that causes a random blocking of IP addresses.

In case of problems with access to our services by customers using the Play network, we suggest switching to other networks such as T-Mobile or Orange with national roaming enabled. This will reroute your network and allow you to use our services.
