Until when do I have to pay for my services?

In the case of domain renewal fees, please pay them by the deadline set by the registry in order to avoid additional fees.
The fee for other services should be credited to The Camels account no later than 3 business days before the end of the current subscription period of the service.

What happens if I do not pay for the service on time?

If no payment is made before the end of the current Subscription Period, the Service will be blocked or terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.

To which data will a VAT invoice be issued?

A VAT invoice is issued for your profile data. If you need a VAT invoice for other data, please create a request in the payment department.

When will I receive a VAT invoice for a paid order?

VAT invoice is sent within 7 days from the date of posting the payment on our side.

Can I download my invoices from the Customer Panel?

Currently, there is no such option, because the invoices are sent from a separate accounting system.

I did not receive an invoice for a given order, what should I do?

First of all, check if that order has not been paid from the moneybox. If so, you will not receive an invoice for that order.
In other cases, please create a request in the payment department. This message should include the numbers of orders to which you did not receive an invoices.

Can I get a VAT invoice before I pay my order?

VAT invoice is issued after the funds have been booked on our account. If you need it earlier, please create a request in the payment department.
