What attachments cannot be sent by e-mail?

The content of the e-mail is not limited to text only. You can also use it, to send files in attachments that may contain dangerous content, such as malware. That's why we have introduced some restrictions on hosting servers in order to minimize risks.

File size limit

The maximum size of the attachment is 50 MB. Please note that the time of sending such a message may be extended accordingly.

Forbidden file extensions

Files with such extensions cannot be sent via mail

  • .com, .cpl, .crt,
  • .exe, .eml, .hta,
  • .inf, .ins, .isp,
  • .jar, .jse*, .lnk,
  • .mdb, .mde, .msc,
  • .msi, .msp, .mst,
  • .nsh, .pcd, .pif,
  • .reg, .scr, .sct,
  • .shs, .url, .vb,
  • .vbe
