Service online transfer is a change of ownership of one or more services. It occurs when owner of only one of the services changes, or we want to transfer the rights to all services to another person or company.
How to make an internal transfer of services?
Online transfer occurs when the current owner of the service wants to transfer the rights to it to a new person or company with a separate account in the client area. A similar situation also occurs when the current owner wants to transfer the domain to a new client account. In this case, proceed as follows:
- A new subscriber should create an account in the client area,
- From new account should be created ticket with information about the transfer of rights to services or domains from another client. Such request need to contain those informations:
- main address e-mail assigned to account that is transferring out services/domains,
- company name or first and last name of waiving party,
- full name of transferred service/domain,
- A request should be created ticket from the current owner's or subscriber's account with information about the transfer of rights to services or domains to a new customer. Such request need to contain those informations:
- main address e-mail assigned to account that is transferring in services/domains,
- company name or first and last name of receiving party,
- full name of transferred service/domain.
- If both requests are compatible, services will be transferred between accounts.
