The condition necessary to launch any service is to complete the profile in the Client Area with correct data. Individual ordered services in our company are launched after they have been paid for on working days, i.e. Monday - Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., after this period of time the activation time may be extended to the next working day. For some services, additional requirements must be met, which we will inform about in the relevant tickets.
Hosting account
The average waiting time for a hosting account to start is about 15 minutes from the moment the order is marked as paid. In exceptional cases, we can run it earlier, if we receive a bank transfer confirmation attached.
Domain
An Internet domain is only registered when the funds are credited to our account. The average registration time is about 15 minutes. It is worthwhile to get acquainted with the requirements for individual domains when registering them.
VPS server
The average waiting time for an ordered VPS server is 15 minutes. In case this period is extended we will inform you. Only the operating system chosen by the client is installed on the server.
If we are to administer a given server, about 5 working days should be added to the configuration until the time of commissioning.
Dedicated server
The time to launch a dedicated server depends on the availability of machines in the server room at suppliers. The average waiting time for an ordered server is 3 days.

SSL certificate
We start to generate an SSL certificate after the funds are credited to our account. The generation takes place at the latest by the working day after payment and after meeting the requirements necessary for its generation. The exception to this rule is an EV SSL certificate, which can take up to 14 days to generate.

Google Workspace
The Google Suite service is launched when the fee is received in our account. Then we ask the customer to provide the required data to start the service. The start-up time usually does not exceed 30 minutes.
