Fees for the various services at Thecamels are on a similar basis. In case of purchase we recommend to make a payment within 7 days from the date of order. If they are extended for another billing period, we recommend that the payment is received no later than 3 days before the expiry date. Below we present how it looks like for particular services.
Hosting
The hosting service is purchased for one or two years. It is possible to buy it for a longer period of time, after the conditions are agreed upon. The fee for it should be received:
- In case of purchase no later than 7 days from the date of order,
- in the case of an renewal no later than 3 days before the expiry date.
Domains
Domains are bought for a period of 1 year or multiples thereof. Each ending has its own registration and renewal rules. We present how the individual fees look like.
Polish domains
- in case of purchase no later than 7 days from the date of order placement,
- in the case of an extension no later than 3 days before the expiry date,
- additional fee is required for the renewing domain from quarantine,
- no fee is charged for the transfer.
Foreign domains
- in case of purchase no later than 7 days from the date of order placement,
- in the case of an extension no later than 3 days before the expiry date,
- additional fee is required for the renewing domain from quarantine,
- an additional fee is also charged for the transfer.
European domains
- in case of purchase no later than 7 days from the date of order placement,
- in the case of an extension no later than 3 days before the expiry date,
- additional fee is required for the renewing domain from quarantine,
- nn additional fee is also charged for the transfer.
National domains
- in case of purchase no later than 7 days from the date of order placement,
- in case of extension for the following domains: .com.au, .net.au, .org.au, .ch, .es, .fr, .li, .pe, .sg, .com.sg, the fee should arrive not later than 15 days before their expiry date,
- for the remaining domains not later than 3 days before the end of validity,
- additional fee is required for the renewing domain from quarantine (not all domains have quarantine period),
- in the case of a transfer, a part of the domains is charged extra.
Servers
VPS and dedicated server services are usually purchased for a period of one month. It is possible to buy them for a longer period of time, after an agreement. The fee for this should be received:
- In case of purchase no later than 7 days from the date of order,
- in the case of an extension no later than 3 days before the expiry date.
Google Suite
The Google Suite service is billed in two modes: monthly and annual. The fee for it should be received:
- in case of purchase not later than 7 days from the date of order placement,
- in the case of an extension no later than 3 days before the expiry date.
SSL Certificates
Commercial SSL certificate buys or extends for one year. The fee for this service should be received:
- in case of purchase no later than 7 days from the date of order,
- If the SSL certificate is renewed for another year, the renewal fee should appear 3 days before the expiry date,
- If it is an EV SSL certificate, the fee for its renewal should appear, no later than 15 days before the expiry date,
- It is not possible to buy or extend an SSL certificate for more than one year.
